Tour Description

Day 1: Arrival in Rio de Janeiro

Upon landing at Rio de Janeiro International Airport, you will be greeted and escorted to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure, whether you choose to unwind or explore the vibrant city.

Day 2: Exploring Rio de Janeiro: Corcovado + Sugar Loaf with Lunch

Your adventure kicks off with a pick-up from your hotel, heading towards the iconic Corcovado Mountain, home to the remarkable Christ the Redeemer statue, perched 710 meters high. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding this iconic landmark, nestled within the Tijuca Forest National Park, the largest urban forest worldwide.

From the summit, relish in a breathtaking panoramic view that includes the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, the city’s northern areas, and its numerous beaches. Next, we visit the legendary Maracanã Stadium for an exterior view, allowing you to marvel at its grandeur.

Our journey continues with a stop at the famous Avenida do Carnaval, the Sambódromo, and the exploration of the Plaza de la Apoteosis.

Recharge with a delightful lunch at a buffet restaurant. Afterward, we head to the astounding Sugar Loaf Mountain, rising 395 meters above sea level amidst Guanabara Bay. Ascend via a glass cable car to enjoy a 360° vista of Copacabana, Urca, Botafogo, Flamengo, and their surroundings.

Before concluding the day, explore the charming Historic Center, with stops at the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral, the renowned Selarón Steps, and a pass through the iconic Arcos da Lapa.

Day 3: Free Day in Rio de Janeiro

Enjoy a day at your leisure to discover Rio de Janeiro. We suggest an optional jeep tour lasting approximately 4 hours through the Tijuca Forest, where you can admire the stunning Chinese View and see the famous beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, along with Guanabara Bay; and visit the Botanical Garden, home to imperial palm trees and rich with stories of the Brazilian Empire.

Day 4: Free Day in Rio de Janeiro

Another free day to explore Rio de Janeiro. We recommend an optional walking tour in the city center. Visit the Royal Portuguese Reading Cabinet, the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, the Cultural Center of the Bank of Brazil, the National Historical Museum, and the Monastery of São Bento, among other attractions.

Day 5: Departure to Foz do Iguaçu

We will collect you from your Rio de Janeiro hotel and transfer you to the airport for your flight to Foz do Iguaçu.

Upon arrival in Foz do Iguaçu, we will transfer you to your selected hotel, leaving the rest of the day free for you to explore the area.

Day 6: Excursion to the Brazilian Falls and Bird Park

Begin your adventure from the comfort of your hotel, where we will pick you up to embark on an exciting journey to the majestic Iguazú Falls. Before immersing yourself in this natural wonder, we will stop at the Tourist Assistance Center to ensure your park tickets are in order.

The waterfalls offer an unforgettable journey through more than 275 cascades, creating dazzling rainbows that adorn this already spectacular scenery. After exploring the trails of this natural reserve, we will visit the Parque das Aves, conveniently located near Iguazú National Park, allowing for more time immersed in the surrounding natural beauty.

Within the Parque das Aves, you will have the chance to observe and connect with local wildlife, where over 500 species, both tropical and exotic, will captivate you with their vibrant colors and elegance. Alongside Brazil's native birds, you’ll encounter magnificent species from various corners of the globe.

After a few hours of wonderful interactions with nature and bird watching in the integrated aviaries, we will return to your hotel. This experience will leave you with lasting memories and a deep appreciation for the biodiversity of this unique region.

Day 7: Free Day in Foz do Iguaçu

Enjoy a free day to explore Foz do Iguaçu. Suggestion (optional): Tour to the Argentine Falls, offering magnificent views from the Argentine side of the falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world.

Day 8: Free Day in Foz do Iguaçu

Another free day to explore Foz do Iguaçu. Suggestion (optional): Visit the Itaipu Dam, measuring 7,919 meters in length and 96 meters in height, with a 120-meter waterfall, offering a view from the central viewpoint. It is part of the Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Plant, a global leader in clean and renewable energy.

Day 9: End of the Journey

After breakfast, you will be picked up at the hotel and transferred to Foz do Iguaçu International Airport.
